Does Jesus Love Me?

Yes, Jesus loves YOU so much He died for YOU!

Are you shocked to hear that Jesus loves sinners?  The Bible says that God loved sinners so much that He sent His only begotten Son, Jesus the Christ, to die for us while we were still sinners (Romans 5:8).  God did not send Jesus to condemn us, but to SAVE US (John 3:17).

Why do we need to be saved?  God’s standard is perfection, in thoughts and actions, and no one is perfect except JESUS!  All sins, great and small, must be punished by death, and JESUS, our perfect sacrifice, was willing to die as payment for everyone’s sins (Hebrews 10:14;Romans 6:23).  Jesus died for our sins and gave us victory over death through His resurrection because He loves us.  All you have to do is BELIEVE in Jesus and RECEIVE His FREE gift of salvation so you can have eternal life instead of eternal suffering (John 3:16).

Why am I telling you all of this?  The day is coming soon when those who reject Jesus will suffer terribly and eternally, but God doesn’t want anyone to perish (2Peter 3:9).  Jesus died for sinners so we can have eternal life AND abundant life here on Earth.  BUT, Satan, our enemy, came to steal, kill and destroy us to keep us from having abundant and eternal life (John 10:10).

How much time do we have left on Earth?  No one knows, not even angels in Heaven, the day and hour when Heaven and Earth will pass away.  However, Matthew 24 and Luke 21 tell us that some of the signs that will signal that the end is near are false Christs, wars, famines, plagues, earthquakes, etc.  Throughout history, we have had all of these signs, but they are happening more often and growing in intensity like labor pains.  Also, hatred for Christians is rising and love for one another is growing cold.  Based on these signs and the 7,000-year timeline discussed below, I believe Christians have about 10 years left and will be gone from the Earth by ~2033.

Why 7,000 years? The Bible is an eternal LOVE story spanning 7,000 years of mankind’s time on the current Earth.  The events of the Bible date back to around 4000 BC based on genealogies and secular history, and the last book of the Bible, Revelation, was written around AD 100.  The ~2,000 years between the last book of the Bible and present day is well-documented in history books.

A day is like 1,000 years and 1,000 years is like a day with the Lord.  (2Peter 3:8)

6 Days of Creation (Genesis 1:1-31) are like the 6,000 Years from ~4000 BC until the End Times.

1 Day of Rest after Creation (Genesis 2:1-4) is like the 1,000 yrs of peace when Jesus reigns AFTER the Great Tribulation (Rev 20:1-4).

What will happen in the End Times Tribulation?  The book of Revelation is the ultimate good vs evil story detailing what will happen in the last days.  However, it’s more than a story; it’s a prophetic vision about Jesus vs Satan and the destruction of Satan and his kingdom that has been ruling in this world for the past 6,000 years.  There are 3 sets of 7 judgments in the book of Revelation – 7 Seals, 7 Trumpets and 7 Bowls, which are outlined on JesusLovesSinners.com.  The destruction of people and the physical world gets worse with each set of judgments.  The worst judgment (Revelation 16) is reserved for those who worship the image of the beast (the anti-Christ) and take the mark of the beast.  Those people will suffer greatly and will be cast into the lake of fire for eternity with Satan and his followers (Rev 20:10-15).  Those who receive Jesus as their Lord and Savior will live with God and Jesus in their perfect Kingdom where there will be no evil and no more pain and suffering (Rev 21-22)!

GOOD NEWS:  If you receive Jesus as your Savior, you will NOT suffer wrath in the end times tribulation or eternally, because God’s wrath has already been poured out on Jesus when He suffered and died on the cross.

God loved us & Jesus died for us while we were sinners, so those who are justified by His blood will be saved from wrath.  (Rom 5:8-9)

For God did not appoint us (Christians) to suffer wrath but to receive salvation through our Lord Jesus Christ. (1Thessalonians 5:9)

Jesus will keep Christians from the hour of trial that is coming on the whole world to test the inhabitants of the earth.  (Rev 3:10)

BAD NEWS:  If you reject Jesus as your Savior, you will suffer greatly in the end times tribulation and eternally.

If anyone worships the beast and his image and receives the mark on forehead or right hand, they will experience God’s wrath full strength. They will be tormented with burning sulfur in the presence of the holy angels and the Lamb.  The smoke of their torment will rise for ever and ever.  They will have no relief day or night because they worshiped the beast and his image and received the mark of his name (Revelation 14:9-11).
